Availability and Contact information

Our accommodation is open to our guests 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Using our smart solutions, our resident guests can easily get in and out at any time.

If you have any requests or questions, please contact our colleagues using one of the contacts provided.

By connecting to the accommodation’s Wi-Fi network, the SmartApart colleague on duty can be reached via the Viber and Whatsapp applications as well.

Air conditioning 

We would like to inform you that all rooms and interiors of our accommodation are air-conditioned. The room temperature can be controlled individually using the wall panel. Please keep in mind that in order to protect our environment you can control your room temperature between 23-26 Celsius during the summer, and between 20-24 Celsius during wintertime.

Please note that the system is set to heating in the cold winter months and cooling in the warm summer months.


All rooms at our hotel are equipped with soap dispensers, towels, and toilet paper. If you need more of these, please feel free to find some extra in the mirror cabinet next to the main entrance.

Babies and children:

Due to the specific features of our accommodation, it is not suitable for children under 12 years old.

Bedding and towels

Our apartments are waiting for our guests with ready beds.

Extra blankets and pillows can be found on the ground floor on the left side of the mirrored cabinet.

The room price includes one towel and bed linen change every 5 nights upon request.

Should you need further cleaning or change above that will cost an extra fee. You can order and pay for it via the SmartApart application. You can find more information about the surcharge in the application.

Check-in and check-out

We work with smart solutions at our accommodation, so check-in / registration must also be done online, prior to arrival.

To make full use of all the smart solutions provided by our accommodation, please download the SmartApart application and complete the registration. The application is available for both Android and iOS.

However, the apartment is accessible 24 hours, the check-in is preferred between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive later, please let us know the time of arrival via the given email address.

The codes required for entry are automatically sent to our guests on the morning of the day of arrival via e-mail, text message and it will be available in the application as well. In case you did not receive the code, please contact us.

Please note that in case you miss contacting us about any technical issues or questions until 18:00pm, we cannot take responsibility for your arrival.

On the day of departure please make sure to leave our apartments by 11:00am the latest. The entrance code is only valid until 11:00am on the departure date. After it expired, you are only able to access the room if a new entrance code is issued. In case we need to make another entrance code, the penalty equals the fee for the next night.

The codes required for entry are automatically sent to our guests on the day of arrival.

If you wish to extend your stay, please let us know no later than 15:00 the day before departure.

Please let us know the original reservation number and the room number that you would like to extend. Informing us in the comment section serves our guest’s convenience and let us try to manage the extension without changing the room.

Coffee& Tea

We provide a kettle in the room for our guests. The coffee shop located next to the main entrance is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays, 9:00am to 4:00 pm on the weekend. Weekend opening hours apply for holidays. During Christmas time the coffee shop is closed.

Cleaning service

Our cleaning staff is on-site every day between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

The room price only includes the cleaning performed once every 5 nights during your stay, upon request. If you would like to have cleaning for any day, please order the cleaning via our application where you will be able to pay for it as well. You can find more information about surcharges in the application.

Please note that the cleaning request ordered after 15pm will be executed on the next day.


You’ll find cutlery in the kitchen cabinet.

Do not disturb

You can set the “Do not disturb” signal within the SmartApart application. If you do not want us to disturb you in your room, please make sure to set this.

Electricity & Environment Protection

Our apartments are equipped with 220/240V sockets suitable for European standard plugs with two pins.

Please consider setting the ECO mode in the SmartApart application, it is strongly recommended for longer stays. This mode observes the habits of the guest and switches off the electricity and heating accordingly. We hope that you will share our dedicated attitude toward sustainability so that together we can protect our environment from the harmful effects of unnecessary energy consumption.

If you notice serious symptoms, please call the emergency number 104 or call the central emergency number 112.

Fire alarm

If the fire alarm in the accommodation is activated, please leave the building as quickly as possible and contact our colleagues at once.

The escape route is placed on the door on the inside. You must not use the elevator in the event of a fire alarm or any emergency!


Wi-Fi is available in the entire hotel, including rooms and common areas. To connect to our network please use the following credentials:

Iron and ironing board 

Iron and ironing board are available for free of charge in the laundry room on level P2. Please do not take the tools with you, they can only be used in the laundry room.


The laundry room on the P2 level and its equipment (washing machine, dryer) can be used free of charge by our guests every day after 4:00 p.m. Please take care of order and cleanliness when using the premises, and leave the laundry room in such a condition that it can be used comfortably by other guests.

Lost and Found

We cannot take responsibility for valuables left in the parking lot or at the accommodation.

If you suspect that you have left something behind, please contact us so that we can discuss how we hand it over; supposing that our colleagues have found the given item.

Please be informed, that SmartApart stores every lost and found item for 1 month. After that, the items will be destroyed. 

Foods and beverages, or cosmetical products are going to be destroyed immediately due to health and safety reasons. 

Luggage storage

Please note that we are not able to store your luggage before or after your stay.

Parking area 

The entrance to our parking lot can be reached through the main gate at Lehet utca 58.

The parking fee is 5 EUR/night.

The garage only accommodates normal-sized cars. If you are unsure about this, please consult with our colleagues in advance. Please notify us of your parking needs in advance via the contact details provided, at least one day before your arrival, so that we can set the appropriate access codes.

The freight elevator belonging to the parking lot can be used at your own responsibility. The lift only starts when the beeping sound stops, this indicates that the car is in the right place. Then press the corresponding floor button. When using the elevator, please stop the car engine and apply the handbrake.

It is not necessary to reserve a parking space in advance, you can park wherever you find a free space.


Due to the design and equipment of our accommodation, we do not allow pets.

The shutter can be controlled with the button on the wall next to the door.

Silent period

According to the Hungarian regulations and in order to provide our guest’s comfortable and resting stay with us, we would like to kindly ask our guests not to perform loud noise that can disturb others after 22:00 pm.

Please be informed, that in case of breaching the house rules will result in declining the accommodation service.


Our entire property is non-smoking. Please do not use electric cigarettes or IQOS in our apartments.

Please make sure to smoke outside the property or on the balcony!

Smoking inside the apartment will result in a penalty equal to 200€.

Several domestic and foreign channels are available free of charge on televisions in our apartments. You can find our channel list attached to our guest directory.

Netflix is available on the television, but can only be used with our guests own Netflix profile. Please remember to log out of your profile before leaving.

Visitors and delivery

Please be informed that SmartApart is a private area and only guests with live reservations are allowed in the building.

In case you would like to accept visitors, please let us know.

In case you expect a delivery, please be so kind to wait for them on the ground floor or in front of the building.

Please note that in order to provide our guest’s safety, the accommodator is rightful to remove unknown visitors.
